Seller Information

Listing Your Home - Selling a home can be exciting and unsettling at the same time. My aim is to put you at ease. I make certain the process is a as positive and careful as possible. I urge you to take full advantage of the advice in my home selling guide.

I created this guide to answer the questions I am often asked about the selling process. With the right information you will realize the goal of getting a quick sale for the best price.

Making a Decision about Selling Here I give insights into the various factors that affect your selling decision. Some of these include the current market conditions, interest rates, listing inventory, time of year and more.

Ready to Sell? The right real estate agent, knowledge of current market conditions, and preparing the essential documents will guarantee the sale of your home.

Home Marketing Tips This page is full of valuable information on staging your home, repairs to ensure a sale, and preparing your home for showings.

Getting Offers This page is dedicated to the offer process. You need to understand specific terms on the purchase contract. In addition, there are five main reasons why homes don't sell, even in a good market.

Possession Day and Closing Your home is sold. This is a review of the things you need to complete before possession. This includes closing costs, tax and condo fee adjustments, and net profits from the sale.
